With the emergence of generative AI technologies, we saw an opportunity to revolutionize this industry. By combining our expertise in technology and our passion for real estate, we created a solution that transforms any interior photo into a professional visual in moments.

I'm Romain Lafforgue, solo founder of Lift My Place. The honest origin: in 2024 I needed to stage a property fast and couldn't find an AI tool that produced consistent, real-estate-ready results without a learning curve, so I built one — with direct Amazon links so you can actually buy what shows up in the render. Real estate agents and homeowners across Europe turned out to have the same problem. Today Lift My Place serves listings in 6 languages, with city-specific styling for the U.S., U.K., France, Spain, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UAE. Before this I shipped multiple SaaS tools in automation and ad-tech. I run product, engineering, and AI prompting end-to-end, and write here about virtual staging in practice and how AI image models behave when you put them in a real product.
