Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Lift My Place, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service description

Lift My Place is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate interior and exterior design suggestions based on photos uploaded by users.

3. User account

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account.

4. Subscriptions, One-time Purchases and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Unused subscription credits roll over for up to 3 months. Credit accumulation is capped at 3 times your monthly allocation (for example, if your plan includes 45 credits/month, you can accumulate up to 135 credits maximum). When changing plans, your existing credits are preserved up to the cap of your new plan. One-time credit pack purchases are also available and do not require a subscription. Credits from one-time purchases are added to your account immediately and never expire. One-time purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used.

5. Multi-level affiliate program

Lift My Place offers a multi-level affiliate program allowing users to earn commissions by recommending our service, as well as on sales generated by their network up to 5 levels deep.

5.1 Participation conditions

  • You must have an active Lift My Place account
  • You must provide complete and accurate billing information (name, address, IBAN, etc.)
  • You are responsible for tax reporting of your affiliate income

5.2 Multi-level commission structure

The affiliate program works on 5 levels. You earn commissions on both subscriptions and one-time credit pack purchases. Commissions apply not only on your direct referrals, but also on customers brought by your referrals, up to the 5th level:

  • Level 1 (direct referrals): 10% commission on each monthly payment
  • Level 2: 5% commission (your referrals' customers)
  • Level 3: 3% commission
  • Level 4: 2% commission
  • Level 5: 1% commission

Example: If you sponsor Alice (level 1), Alice sponsors Bob (level 2), and Bob subscribes at €19/month, you receive €0.95/month (5%) on Bob's payments, in addition to your level 1 commissions on Alice.

5.3 Commission calculation and payment

  • Commissions are calculated on the net amount of payments
  • Commissions from all levels are accumulated in your balance
  • Commissions are payable from a minimum threshold of €100
  • Payments are made by bank transfer to the provided IBAN
  • The maximum total commission on a sale is 21% (10% + 5% + 3% + 2% + 1%)

5.4 Network building

To benefit from multi-level commissions, your network builds automatically when your referrals become affiliates themselves and sponsor new customers. You can track the growth of your network in your affiliate dashboard.

5.5 Promotion rules

As an affiliate, you agree to:

  • Not use spam or misleading advertising methods
  • Not impersonate Lift My Place
  • Not create fake accounts to generate commissions
  • Comply with applicable advertising and marketing laws
  • Not make guaranteed or unrealistic income promises

5.6 Termination

Lift My Place reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the affiliate program in case of violation of these terms. In case of proven fraud, pending commissions may be canceled.

5.7 Commission rate modification

Lift My Place reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes with 30 days notice. Earned commissions remain due at the rates in effect at the time of the transaction.

6. Intellectual property

Images generated by our AI belong to you. However, you grant Lift My Place a non-exclusive license to use these images for service improvement purposes.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal or offensive content
  • Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service

8. Limitation of liability

Lift My Place is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Terms modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this page.
