I'm Romain Lafforgue, solo founder of Lift My Place. The honest origin: I have no eye for interior decoration, so in 2024 I built an AI tool that does the staging for me — and added direct Amazon links so you can actually buy what shows up in the render. Real estate agents and homeowners across Europe turned out to have the same problem. Today Lift My Place serves listings in 8 languages, with city-specific styling for the UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UAE. Before this I shipped multiple SaaS tools in automation and ad-tech. I run product, engineering, and AI prompting end-to-end, and write here about virtual staging in practice and how AI image models behave when you put them in a real product.
